Measurements w/ stroller in backpack. We never flew on a plane but I think this will qualify for carry. We owned this stroller for 1 year it was used long walks and vacations. In my opinion I'd say its best for ages 2 to 4 kids that cant walk far or long periods.

Comes with a backpack but its pretty heavy about 15 pounds. Its a great stroller and I highly recommend it for on the go people. Its not great for off pavement rough conditions but its fantastic everywhere else. The stroller has spent 99% of the time inside backpack in trunk vehicle.

I did a lot of research before buying and this was the best option for portable strollers. I haven't detailed cleaned it so that is something to consider you might want do.
